Maybe you agree with me if I say that, it is easy for an usual person to love but it is harder to love when ones gets smarter, that is why many smart professionals took a very long journey to understand the meaning of love. Yan Yang and Li Yuan is an exceptional case, where Li Yuan is actually a very smart girl in school, she is actually a legendary smart girl when she was young, and Yan Yang is a very smart professional too, both of them live in Singapore. When they engaged me for a pre-wedding shot, one of the special thing about them was they were very procedural, list down what they want and what they do not want and etc. The moment I saw I got a little worry because this might stop them for being real. So when I spoke to them about the priceless of being real, at first it is difficult for them to receive my idea, but over time i guess under my laughable charm I managed to persuade them a little hehe. So this very day in their pre-wedding, everything was a mixture of real and poses. But I was very touched that in the end of the day during the sunset, where Li Yuan hand over a small little gift to Yan Yang, we hide the gift until the very last moment, on top of the gift it wrote "love is giving", for that moment, filled with beautiful sunset, with all real emotions, I can say that, in life, we do not have that many chances to experience such moment especially in a very nice set ups. And the last 2 hours, it all went so well, Li Yuan cried with happy tears, and Yan Yang gave her a deep hug. Though in life, we are unable to be free in many things, but all I seek is at the possible last moment, something that can even change ones life, for a very long time. That's the hidden love from us.
Love Bali! Weng Wai & Lisa, my first couple to be shot for this trip. Both Weng Wai & Lisa are just very cute couple, where Lisa seemed very brave but she is in fact a girl that requires protection, noticed that while she hop on the camel ride LOL. It was nice to shoot something different for this day, some camels as requested by the couple, the lake which is very far away and we finished off with some nice sun beams~. Both Weng Wai and Lisa are very careful person where they tailored the session nicely and note down their attires one by one, I can see that they really appreciate the session because it is the day they would like to have something they would not want to be forgotten. If you have found me through wedresearch blog, the blog that spoke a lot of about weddings and such, she is the one who gave me a very positive comment. Took a very long time to complete their wedding album, reason being that their wedding had been delayed to end of 2014 so they are very relaxed about it. Hehe. Wish to see them again some day.
One day Beatrice contacted me through whatsapp and immediately we start talking once in a while, Beatrice is a wonderful person where she does not give you any hard times and will just make you feel good at all times. Was quite excited about the trip to Bintulu to cover her wedding as I love the East part of Malaysia so much, everyone were very nice indeed. A different culture, however during the shooting day I realised that we are all from the same church, and it feels like a family together and recalling the old days where I used to be very holy and loving the word of God, that is the part I missed most after i came back from the States and even as a professional photographer I do not think I am able to attend Church as much. But this trip really had brought my spiritual part back, and for this very day, I felt like home. When Beatrice told her family about my religion, everyone were rejoicing with the word "Amen", even when I responded that I am actually a 'lost sheep', a lady replied 'you are still a part of the body', and for that moment I felt so emotional, that spirit kept mingling within me over my flight back. And this trip, I've seen God. Hehe.... thanks to Nigel and Beatrice, I think it is God's call that made me flew all the way to Bintulu to be enlightened. :) May the Lord be with us, always, where we are, and when we are.

I can say that this is one of my favourite series, reason being is not about how great I like about the shot, is about how real true they are, both Fong Sheng and Melannie are architects by profession, from my experience architectures tends to be a little nerdy in their expectations. But we had discussed so many about the shot and they are just being very corporative to my suggestions, I guess is about the trust that we able to develop between each other before the shoot. During the shoot, we managed to put those things aside and just enjoy every moment of the day, make it the best day they had in their lives. It is very meaningful to me, really really important for my styles that able to achieve through their genuine nature. There are no cries in this session, just enjoyment, a new memories they are about to create, and allow me to create based on those real moments of theirs. We are like a good team together that able to make this happened. I have discovered so much about myself in this day, that I am still alive and still able to see love in a true and naive manner. The sunset shot just took my breath away, I couldn't imagine that this place that Melannie picked were so divine, as this is a private premises, I guess I can only produce once. Love you all. You guys are just great.
Met this couple during Prince Hotel wedding fair and they signed up our package during that day. How Wawa found me was during my previous trip to Seoul when I was editing my pictures on the plane, but during that time she did not bumped for my name card LOL. As both of them are from the magazine industries, they have a specific expectation from their pictures so it was interesting to hear how they have spoke about the pictures. This time in Seoul I decided to stay in a traditional Korean guest house as I have never tried before, and we did a lot of shopping together with Remy as she is filled with hope and joy during that time because of her wedding preparation. We had lots of fun during this trip, just a little sad that Sakura was a little late this month and only blossom 3 days after the shooting day, but it turned out to be a different series after all. This is a very unique trip where I get to know some new friends in Korea. That was the trip where I began interested to start my Korean venture, and went back to take up Korean classes, maybe one day I could venture my business here. Maybe many does not know what I had gone through during this trip, for my close friends they understood how significant this trip were meant for me, I will not forget about this mind fulfilling week we had.
There are so much to spoke about this lovely couple. Boon and Marianne are both working in Australia since after school, and when I heard about the city Melbourne, what comes to my mind is that this city had been creating a lot of lovely couples where I always describe Melbourne as the city that is great to fall in love. When I first step into Marianne's home very early in the morning, I found a piece of wall, filled with pictures, I paused a little while to take a look on each of them and straight away I knew which was Marianne. Like how Marianne's dad describe Marianne during his speech, where he brought up some of the obvious characteristics of her having a sexy lips, I immediately agreed to that and laughed. Yes, that was some sexy lips, Boon you are so fortunate! Marianne's parents are really a sweet, I was so touchy when her dad handed over her baby dress over to Marianne as a gift, that was some great message to tell. Right after we went to over to Boon's home, we encountered a massive number of picture lovers where everyone were crazily taking pictures or asked to capture their pictures, we were so busy, but all in all, I indeed cherish every moment because in this day of revolution, picture lovers are good customers, they define our existence. One day Pushpa contacted me for a family portraiture, so I went to her home and checked out a few things, Pushpa and I had some discussion on how to do the shoot, so Pushpa told me that it is a time where all the girls are back and they decided to have the portraiture session in the house, bringing back old times and show how they all interact with each other in the family, I was so excited for this because I have been waiting for such a portraiture approach for a very long time. This one is so natural and pure. I guess they really value their memories. So we first had a session to show how the mom was usually was in the kitchen and how the girls interact with each other. Then head on to a very emotional session where all the girls has to express something they have never expressed before to the mom, and those emotions were just poured, it was so precious to see each and everyone of them had this space of expressing with each other, and I was the one to capture those essential moments. Then we head on to the dad, so all the girls mingled with the dad and dad was sitting where he usually sits, with his precious laptop. And later on we went to the girls room, now this is an interesting part, all the 3 girls had actually occupied the room in different period of times, and so what we did was we unite all the time into one and all the girls were in different space, doing what they used to do here. And later on with the piano session and etc. It was such a memorable day for everyone. I was glad to have this opportunity.
